From time to time, you might need a bit of help in getting around BCIRostomy.com. So, we will try and lend you a hand with a few tips for optimal viewing. Also, let us know if you find any technical problems with your browser. First of all, the site is optimized for Netscape 3.0 or above. Although it should look just fine when using Internet Explorer, Netscape will work slightly better.

Secondly, we think you'll find the pages just fine and dandy at 256 colors. But, if you really want to see the graphics come alive, please go to your monitor settings and choose Thousands of colors, instead of 256. Also, you should set the monitor resolution to at least 640x480, in order to fit the entire Web page in your browser window and minimize scrolling.

For best font layout, go to your Font Preferences in your browser and set the Proportional (or Variable Width) Font to Times - 12 point size. Then, set the Fixed Width Font to Courier - 10 point size.

Please pull your browser window about a half inch beyound the right graphic. Don't forget to scroll in order to find all the information in the framed table.

BCIRostomy.com has been designed to use Frames. Frames are supported on Netscape 2.0 and above, or Internet Explorer 3.0 and above. Non-frame browsers cannot navigate this site.

Older browsers may experience some problems printing the BCIR Web site. If you'd like to print a particular page on the Web site, please click on the 'frame' on that page. Then, from your File menu, choose 'Print Frame'.

This site is also heavily dependent on JavaScript 1.1 (not related to Java). This is supported on Netscape 3.0 and above, or Internet Explorer 4.0 and above. If you are using an unsupported browser, you may still navigate the site, but will not be able to see many of the images on the site.

Future support for non-frame browsers and for non-JavaScript-capable browsers is coming, but it is highly recommended that you upgrade to the latest version of either Netscape Communicator (or Navigator), or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
